- No return will be accepted without pre-autorization.Approved returns are subject to to restocking charge up to 25% of original sold price.
Warranty
- All products are warrented to original purchaser for one year from the invoice date.All products are warrented against workmanship defect and material with normal use and service.During the warranty period, Chicago Advanced Seating will repair, or at its option, replace defective products.

Storage Fee
- Free storage is available up to 2 months, there will be an storage charge ( 4% of invoice amount per month) applied.
