What are the nice Chicago vegan restaurants?

I need to take my fiance out to a nice restaurant for her birthday tonight. The problem is we’ve done all the normal vegan spots a hundred times. Karyn’s, Chicago Diner, Green Zebra, Handelbar. I’m looking for something else I might have missed. Any ideas? It doesn’t even have to be all vegan. Just needs to have a few options for us.
