Where can I get 09 taste of chicago food tickets?

I live in KC and wanted to purchase some of the food tickets for the taste of chicago prior to the event, I know they don’t go on sell until late June but does anyone know how you can get them if you dont live in Chicago?
You don’t need to buy them ahead of time. You just buy them at the event.
Advance tickets are avail. only from Jun 18-25 at Dominick’s Supermarkets. If you have their Fresh Values card, they give a few dollars off the regular price of $8 (strip of 12 tkts) . If you know an Illinois resident, maybe they can buy discount tkts for you … ?
