  4. dagdogg says:

@pinoybro09 I believe they said “Double Pepper” not “Double Dipper”.

  5. SethHesio says:

@pinoybro09 Yeah you’re right. It’s standard practice by chefs not to double dip, but chefs are basically slaves, they’re slaves in the kitchen and do what they’re told.

I heard about this guy from a No Reservations episode… Bourdain thinks Guy Fieri is a twat. lol

I was just there last night and my only complaint is that I should’ve gotten the full rack of st louis ribs instead of the half!! It’s really that good – better!!!

Just went to this place while in town on business. AMAZING!!!! Had the baby back ribs and they were incredible. But the pieces of brisket in the beans made me want to order the brisket next time! Oh… there WILL be a next time!!!

If/when you go, good luck parking! Don’t worry though, it’s totally worth walking to!

@nekidbob im just saying it bc bc mythbusters said so

@pinoybro09 I’m a retired chef and the one thing you don’t do is pass on your nasty ass germs to your customer’s by double dipping in your product. Where do you work or do you own your own esatblishment ? So I’ll know to steer clear of your place, I don’t want diarhhea or hepatitis. Go get your food handlers card son .

  11. pinoybro09 says:

@nekidbob double dipping actually doesnt do anything

  12. pinoybro09 says:

    love this place

  13. nekidbob says:

This guy is the nastiest motherfucker on tv, he might know his way around the kitchen. But if he was to ever come in my kitchen and play with my food, I would chop off his friggin hands. I don’t care how famous you are if thats how he handles food I would never eat at his establishment. From open toe sandals in the kitchen, to double dipping in food. That’s just fucked up.

Calling all Chefs – lets all get together to promote each other – inteactive together will mean a much larger audience.
So – mark me as your favorite and I will add you as my favorite as well.

@snatcher420 your an idiot, hes comparing the brisket to the rest of the country not just the state of texas

  23. RayOfHope612 says:

Guy to me looks like a fat version of Corey Feldman.

  24. snatcher420 says:

    lol..Texas isn’t a COUNTRY..It’s a STATE….

  25. snatcher420 says:

Well i’m from tx all my life 46 yrs and i use rub, pecan ,hickory and oak wood. The rub makes it so good you don’t need to drown it in sauce. Put the rub on over night and right before it goes on the smoker.
